Total Media Direct was established in April 2003, with the single-minded proposition of maximising clients return on media investment. Our philosophy is that all advertising is an investment in future value and therefore media expenditure needs to be quantified against delivering that value.
We believe that it is important to constantly challenge media conventions to provide innovative customer acquisition strategies, as it is all too easy to become formulaic. This does not mean you completely change what you’ve done in the past but that you identify the elements of the media investment that could perform better and look for innovative ways of re-investing.
Our clients appreciate the fact that we are commercially minded in our approach and that on all media plans we forecast expected return on investment. These forecasts provide us with a benchmark to monitor and evaluate campaign performance and react to the data.
