Response Systems
Response reporting is run using our bespoke analysis system QUEST which allows us to gather a client’s response, conversion and value information and analyse both historic and current campaign performance using standardised report templates across all communications channels. The QUEST system provides three key benefits:

Investment Modelling
For each client we will identify by channel the optimum time to switch off the advertising expenditure within the campaign period. The model is based on historical response and sales data which is fed into our response system QUEST. This data is analysed and from this we identify the optimum frequency levels. A decay factor is fed into the model together with other factors such as product strengths, competitive influences, seasonality, economic confidence and channel saturation. This combination provides us with the ability to predict investment performance based on different expenditure bands.
