Headed up by Madeleine Bernsten, the Total Media Charities & Campaigning Organisations team is focused on delivering a simpler, more transparent and value based approach to media for our clients.


Skilled in both emergency and non-emergency campaigns, Madeleine specialises in helping charities and campaigning organisations achieve the best return on investment, providing quality control, effective interpretation of data, and hands on profit delivery.


Madeleine has been working in media for nearly 10 years and although her original experience was working with commercial clients, the majority of her time has been involved working with charities. Maddie is a dog walker for her client The Dog’s Trust and has spent time visiting several eye hospitals and leprosy rehabilitation centres in Mumbai with her client Sightsavers.


Total Media Charities & Campaigning Organisations has run a graduate training programme for over 7 years. Our data analysts have come through the programme and reflect our development policy.
