The Human Resources and Administration team, support all teams across Total Media and pride themselves on providing the highest levels of service as well as providing a valuable information resource for our clients.

Through ensuring the timely and effective operation of key agency functions including: employee development, recruitment, training, customer services and office management; we are well placed to make a real difference to the efficient running of the business and the service provision delivered by our staff. This is one of the factors which have enabled us to gain the Investors in People accreditation and be awarded the IPA Gold CPD (Continuous Professional Development) accreditation.
