We work together from different backgrounds; media strategy, communications planning, data analytics and research. We are an open resource for the teams, and have the experience, expertise and collaborative style to show the media teams how to discover powerful insights rooted in business, media and culture, and transform them into inspiring and effective breakthrough media solutions for clients.
Breakthrough thinking
We help train and coach the media teams in best practice
communications planning by adopting our ‘breakthrough framework’. We ensure
there is a fully comprehensive training programme in place to ensure the media
teams adopt the breakthrough framework, and then provide on-going coaching and
support on specific briefs as and when required. We have trained facilitators
to run interactive idea generation and issue structuring sessions for our clients.
Specialist research skills
Our research and data specialists work with the media teams to coach and empower them in how to use all available research and data resources such as TGI, TouchPoints, UKOM, Google Analytics and others, as well as interrogating clients’ existing datasets to draw out insights into what the challenges are that are affecting clients’ businesses, and where communication can help. We also work on bespoke quantitative and qualitative research projects for clients in order to better understand their business and marketing challenges, measure the effects media has on their business or to get under the skin of their audiences and their motivations.
Business development
We work closely with the business development team to ensure
the agency is at the cutting edge of thought leadership in communications
strategy and media thinking, and provide insight into relevant topics affecting
our media teams such as future media opportunities, cultural trends and
business understanding.
