As Operations Director, Jacqui’s key area of responsibility is realising best practice in the workplace, improving operational delivery and identifying and integrating new services. Her role is required to ensure that Total Media responds effectively to a continually evolving market place, has a market leading working environment and that our investments in new services and training deliver a quantifiably improved service to our clients.
Jacqui first cut her teeth in media planning back in the late 80’s and since then has amassed considerable experience in cross market, cross media planning and buying. With a strong track record in B2B and corporate advertising, Jacqui has worked in full service specialist agencies to media independents. Jacqui is a great lover of the outdoors and a keen sailor; she never misses the opportunity for a quick getaway on her boat at the weekends.
