Supporting your manager in the strategic planning, activation and administration across media campaigns for a range of clients with a special focus on book publishers.
Working across the media spectrum but with an offline focus. On a range of clients that extends from some of the best known children’s publishers on books such as Harry Potter to adult publishing encompassing some of the biggest fiction authors as well as a cookery and other genres.
Insightful contribution to media planning, working with Account Manager to provide strategic ideas and recommendations
Efficient and thoughtful day to day liaison with clients, both written and verbal.
Strong relationships with clients and media contacts which can be utilised when required to help support negotiations
Ability to produce insightful research to support negotiations and planning documents including Telmar/TGI, Mediatel, Rajar, Ad Dynamix.
Use Media Owners to help generate new ideas that deliver on a client’s brief.
Timely and accurate production of media plans and producing production specs and deadline details for clients as well as providing other administrative support across the accounts.
Our clients include some of the UK’s largest book publishers, as well as Arts’ organisations, Exhibitions, attractions and a range of FMCG brands.
We want to see that you are passionate about media planning and buying, enthusiastic about our Behavioural Planning specialism and keen to explore ideas and opportunities.
Do you have:
• Minimum 18 months offline planning and buying in an agency media department.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to strict deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong numerical skills, reporting & analytics skills
• Good presentation skills
• Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Power Point in particular)
