Our media strategies are based on  people’s behaviours –understanding how audiences think, feel and act – so that we  reach them contextually, during the moments that matter. We work across the full spectrum of media planning and buying, with fantastic  media teams dedicated to client servicing, and we work across all media.

The role

We are looking for someone to join us as part of our fantastic digital team. If you are that person who has a strong understanding and knowledge of Biddable  channels – Paid Search especially, and Paid Social channels, you could be the  person for us. This is an Senior Exec level role which would provide independent  support to the senior team members and clients alike.

What we’re looking for

You will have 2-3 years+ hands-on experience planning and executing Paid Search  and Paid Social campaigns across the main search engines and social media  platforms. You will be a self-starter with a can do attitude, be independent, curious,  motivated and interested in developing yourself.

Key responsibilities

Responsible for campaign implementation, analysis, management and reporting across dedicated clients.

Work with Account Directors and Head of Digital to implement best practice processes  for Search/Social campaigns across a range of industries. Day to day requirements  include: account & campaign set up, audience/keyword research, PPC strategy  implementation, campaign optimisations (budget, creative, ad-copy, bid, landing page,  optimisations, + more).

Must have a good understanding of Google Analytics, conversion set up & tracking, as  well as reporting & insight capabilities.
