Total Media celebrates 10 years of IPA CPD Gold award

Total Media is thrilled to announce that for the 10th consecutive year we have won the IPA CPD Gold award, as well as achieving platinum CPD accreditation. As one of only two agencies who have consistently achieved CPD Gold for 10 years, Total Media also gained platinum status for sustained CPD excellence. IPA President, Sarah Golding, recognised this as an extraordinary achievement.

The IPA’s Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme is designed to ensure employee’s skills always match clients’ needs and this is something we take pride in at Total Media.

The judging panel described Total Media as having a CPD culture that ‘shines through’, with ‘opportunities for everyone’ and a ‘commitment to learning’. The judges recognised that we are ‘constantly implementing innovative, engaging and diverse initiatives’ to keep our people ‘motivated and drive business success’.

Guy Sellers, CEO of Total Media, was delighted by this recent achievement and commented “we are great supporters of the IPA’s CPD programme which gives a structure and currency to participants’ training. Achieving Gold standard for ten years is fantastic news and being one of only two agencies to do so is very special.”
